Meeting the neighbors!!!

There is a house about 1/4 mile from mine that is shady. Vehicles coming all hours of the night, strange behaviour, etc... I have said for some time that they are probably dealing drugs. So last week there was a major arrest. 20 people taken with tons of meth and manufacturing supplies.

This prompted me to consider those around me a little more closely. So I pulled up a service that Florida Law offers where you can see a map of sexual offenders near you.

31 within a 5 mile radius of my house. Now 9 were in the county jail, so that wasn't too horrible.
But of the 4 closest to me, 2 were called sexual "predators" which is the more violent or nasty label.

When we debate bugging in or bugging out, I usually talk about bugging out to a fairly close location even if things aren't that bad.

This is why.

My nearest neighbors are at least a 1/4 mile away(Except for the lady across the street who is prepping also) I also looked at a map where you can see a map of sexual offenders .I was suprized there was one only about 1 mile away...I would like to bug in if need be.

We have 4 houses almost next to each other that have come up for sell almost within a week of each other. on two of them the neigbors died. One is moving to florida because it is cheaper to live there and he just retired. and one is bailing out. military and is going to get laid off in some sort of lay off thing going on. not sure what that's about. but he is selling his house and the bank does not know yet.
