Yes usually very reliable. As mentioned the occasional back order but I've gotten my order. Like them a lot.You don't have to be perfect, but you better be smart!!!

A very long time ago I ordered some martial arts gear from them. They sent the wrong hand wraps. When I called custamer service, the young lady not only made arrangements to send me the right ones, but when I asked how to get the others back to her, she said "it was our mistake, just keep them as our gift." Granted they were only 4 bucks or so, but that really impressed me.

Used them for a long time (10 years) I have size 14 shoes and its hard to find shoes that fit and do not cost an arm and a leg. Never got a bad pair of shoes from them!
