    Wink Questions about the forum????

I am fairly new to this forum, or any forums for that matter…
I really like what I am seeing right now, and really enjoying myself. I know I will learn a lot as I get the opportunity to contribute to your discussions. I am not sure what the points are for and different levels.
I don`t mean to sound stupid but what is the purpose of these points and levels…???
    Thank-you and please advise

I have been here now for over a month and I don't understand it either. I just go through and get info that I can use to help us to prep and offer anything that I can that might help others. I will look at it at times but do not really care about that as much as I do about getting info that will help us to prep for the hard times that is coming upon us. to me that is more important.

Chef, I don't think your question sounds stupid at all. I prefer to think it is the sites way of giving something back to you, for taking time to engage the site and for contributing. I could be way off the mark, but either way, I believe you are just as important to the site as me, or anyone else. I just think it is the sites way of showing appreciation to a person, more so than labeling someone. I give you 5 star ***** for asking that. Happy first day of summer!

I'm not sure either Chef. I suspect they serve as "decorations or feathers in your cap" if you will .... makes us special.

In the upper right corner, click on [My Profile]. Once there, click on the [Experience] tab. That will tell you what points you've received for what. See if that answers your question. If it doesn't, holler, I'll spelunk around some more.

I found that, I am not sure what is the purpose of the points? I think it`s cool but just don`t understand?
