Just think of it as practice. Of course it is easy for me to say while I am setting in my air conditioned home. I feel your pain though last year our power went out for several hours on one of the hottest days of the year. I did not know until I got home from a 12 hour day. Talk about uncomfortable. Good luck on the repairs.

glad to hear your air condioner is up and running again. It has been to hot to not have it. But, we better start learning ways to keep cool, because one day it will be lights out. No electricity. I remember growing up we didn't have air conditioner, but I don't remember it being these record breaking heat waves like we have now either. it will be tough.
