    Default ULU knife


    Has anyone ever used an ULU knife? I have heard from several preppers in Arizona and Alaska that it is a must for skinning, chopping, and slicing. Just wondering if they are as good as I have heard.

    I have a commercial copy that I use in the kitchen. The angle of pressure having your hand a ove what you are cutting is great. I still use my other chef's knives but the ulu style.knife gets as much work as any of them. I mostly use it for cutting "baked" things.
