makes me thankfull I dont work minimum wage. Plus, this week iv worked 72 hours blahh! Just goes to show how F'd up our Gov is. We never really got rid of slave laber did we...

"We" willingly prostrated ourselves before the govmnt, before the industrialist. We willingly, mindlessly participated in wars which ultimately caused us to abandoned our farms for an "easier" life filled with "modern", "labor saving", conveniences .... and here we are.

Sorry here goes a rant lol

I feal we would be better off W/O the fed, while keeping the states intact. That way the individuals in the states will be more focused on Local gov and more involved in whats really going on fed wont be there not knowing what the hells going on in the country and trying to guess what "might" be a good course of action for whatever there trying to do (stay in office, get rich, F with the people, see what they can get away with, ect... ect....) part of me wishes the S whould hit the fan and get the current Gov OUT, making way eventually, for somthing better, hopefully as above keeping the "states" intact just making them independent..........make sence?

IF the Feds would limit themselves to the original intent ( protecting our shores from foriegn invaders, see to the swift and proper delivery of the mail) then ther would be no issue. Because without some type of "central" government and having each state just "doing it's own thing" we would have anarchy. Maybe what we need is a role reversal where the states hold the power that the feds hold now with the feds having minimal control.

I'm not sure I see the point regarding minimum wage. Minimum wage jobs are for kids just starting to work or maybe a retired person who wants to get out of the house for a few hours. Nobody should need to rent a two bedroom apartment on minimum wage.

All minimum wage laws do is make those without a marketable skill cost more than they're worth so they don't get a job at all.

Even before industrialization and big government, one needed skills to earn a living.

The wrong side won the civil war. The fed has had unlimited power ever since.

Since the ratification of the 16th amendment in 1913 , we have been slaves of the federal government. Of course that was followed with a permanent federal income tax, Social Security under the communist FDR and Medicare under the communist LBJ.

This society will collapse under all the dead weight. I just hope it happens while I'm young enough to enjoy being a free man.

Our grandchildren will not even have a concept of true freedom. The department of homelaand security is partnering with the dept. of education to police the schools. With that and the liberals who run our public schools the future of freedom is bleak.

We have let our government rule us for so long that it has finally caught up with us. So many people did not want register to vote for fear they might have to serve on jury duty. ( That has changed) So we just let the government slowly take away our rights little by little till this is what it has come down to.

Our government has taken God out of our schools, will not let teachers teach like they should and God forbid if they correct a disruptive child. parents are no longer allowed to correct they're kids in public when they run all over restraints and tear clothes off the racks in stores for fear someone will turn them in for abuse. God has been taken out of our government to the point that our government has become corrupt along with our banking system.

Money is the route of all evil when you have the vast amounts of bonuses going out to CEO"S while we sit back and watch the companies destroy the very companies they work for. The first thing on the list after a new president is elected will be as always to give themselves a big raise. (just remember, our government has no money for these raises).

Our taxes will more than likely go up and more people will be out of jobs. We are headed for a one world government and Satin will take his course. Keep Jesus in your hearts and mind and remember to pray and thank him that you still have a way to support yourselves, protect yourselves, and do the stocking up that you are doing.

If you are doing all this prepping for whatever your reasons are, if you don't keep God first and foremost in what you are doing it may all be for nothing. Remember our government has taken God out of this country and it's only going to get worse.

Our government through obama care will kill off as many seniors as they can to keep from paying social security and medicare. This health care plan is designed to force as many people as possible on government health care so they can deny us the proper care that we are used to (socialistic).

Drugs and liquor has all but ruined our children and what is being done about it? Well they haven't been able to stop the drug flow as of yet. I pick up the paper almost everyday and another teenager has died of an overdose. what has become of our country.

A lot to thank about and not a whole lot we can do to fix it now. So anyone out there if you don't know Jesus Christ as your savior, I urge you to do so now because HE IS our only hope.
