Default Trying to find good shoulder holsters for ladies concealed carry.

My youngest daughter is having trouble finding a good shoulder holster to fit a Glock 40S.W. Do any of you ladies out there have any suggestions. She rides horses a lot and having a hard time keeping gun concealed on hip. Any help would be appreciated ladies.

Why conceal on hip? A horse is a very big noise maker. You might as well show up well armed with an extension leg holster, where she can keep her right hand near while riding.

What type of rifle will she use - something that can be holstered on the saddle? If you say lever action; then i would go with the 30-30 336 marlin I have used one for over 25 years now, I never had a bad problem with it. Plus it is the best built of all the lever actions in my opinion. Another is the FN/FAL in .308; it was used on horse back by South African Army units in the 1970-1990's.

I'd go OWB (Outside waist band) and a loose riding shirt or jacket. With all the jiggling, I'd go with Blackhawk Serpa, which has a button release.

I like Gould and Goodrich holsters. Here is a link to their site, you might be able to find something there.

I came across these folks a while back. Look to be top notch quality. Look carefully at descriptions as they have many rigs for many models, not just cowboy or 1911's. I almost missed this at first glance since that is what is mainly shown in their pictures. click the order now button and a menu filter comes up with gun models, lft or rt configuration, colors, etc

Though a rifle as RICHFL suggest isn't to easily "concealed", they also have rifle scabbards.
