Wow another Government agency to siphon tax payers dollars away from more critical agencies. What this has to do with minorities is beyond me. Someone will have to explain that to me, as far as I know there are plenty of white people affected by environmental hazards as well. I'm all for clean air and water, but the last time I checked poisonous water or air didn't care what race, color, creed, or your income level was to kill you.

When you have a nation of law-abiding people that you wish to control, you pass SO many laws that they not only don't know of them, they can't avoid breaking them.

Let's say you say something bad about BO. You happen to be overhead by your minority neighbor. Against the law? No.

BUT - what's that you have RIGHT there? A compost pile? HA! That's rotting stuff! You are causing a physical threat to the environment of your neighbor! You, sir, are under arrest.
