    yes .... super glue , My fingers crack really bad during the winter months and thats what i use on the problem... so even if theres no bleeding, it still works... great stuff!

    Thought I would just throw in as a response. Ex Marine (0352) Full time Lieutneant firefighter /EMT (ex medic) ACLS,PALS,NALS,BTLS, Tactical Medic ( was assigned to a SWAT team) Police Adademy grad. Rescue Diver (DRI & PADI cert). HAZ MAT and Fire Investigator Certs.

    I like the super glue concept and I agree that it works well. Another alternative is the glue that ladies use on their fake nails, equally as strong on skin BUT is also has an antifungal agent so as not to cause nails to rot.

    If we're still posting credentials on this thread.............EMT/I, HazMat Tech, USAR Rescue Specialist, FF2 and a bunch of others that I forget right now. Anyway, I've been in the helping people business for about 15 years now and while I haven't seen it all, some of what I have seen I'd rather not see again. If I can be of any assistance as it relates to any of my training let me know!

    Hey, haven't been around for awhile. Ian McDevitt here, Tactical Paramedic, CCEMTP, currently running Intercepts around the New Haven / Bridgeport area. Street Paramedic for 20 years+, all the usual certs, Tactical Medic for 10 years, Wrote the book TACTICAL MEDICINE just finishing new one BTW, Three trips overseas as Remote Medic, set up the Tactical Medical response for the US Embassy in Kabul in '03. Advised everyone from our alphabet agencies to foreign SF Units. Wilderness Medic for World Survival Institute in Tok, Alaska when Chris Janowsky (God Bless 'em) was around. Former officer (AIRBORNE) light infantry in the Army Reserves years ago also.......blah, blah, blah, any questions, just ask.

    I'd love to write some stuff up for you guys. I can do either Tactical or Wilderness. Right now I am writing some stuff for a Scandanavian (sp?) "group". But, E-mail me Brother and I have a few ideas for here.
