Saying Hello to some New Preparing for Future Friends.

I am just starting to organize my survival lists. I want to get as much prepared as I can here at home. I would love to relocate but right now I am in a place in my life I can't. So, I am doing the best that I can. Have knowledge in some of the things that should come pretty easy others I would love to gain from you. Thank You for any input that you can give to helping me getting started. I am Divorced and Single and I am now responsible for my future. I just need the knowledge and a few friends to help prepare some things. Love to do research and try learning knew economical or energy hobbies for survival.

Hello all, first post to the site from my home in eastern Long Island, New York from which I want to relocate from very soon, just trying to find the best place to do so in the eastern United States as living on and Island with yery few escape routes around, past, or through from this major metropolitan area not a good thing. Would welcome any advice or suggestions from anyone who has already made the journey or anyone who has a sound plan and relocation destination. I already have a survivalist mindset I just need to take that next big step before I can really start to put a viable full plan into place.

I am willing to share my knowledge and experience with others and would love to learn as much as possible from you all as well.

As 2 where to move that can b only your choice but should be 2 an area that has few people but a lot of local resources, and what money u have to invest in land or may b rent. Most places west of the coast r good. Wife & me moved for Ct. to Tenn. and love it here. Summer get hot but not like further south and winters r usually mild I camp fall, winter, and spring. I wear shorts and T-shirt most of the year even in the winter, that is unless i'm going to b outdoors a while then we wear a little more.

As for advice just ask and u will receive all u will need, then pick what u think is best a go with it.
