I have began canning food for long term storage. I did the math and canning it myself saves me a lot of money, so much that I can turn around and sell it for a significant savings. I have also started canning my food. I haven;t heard of Hard Red Wheat before. What is it and what can you do with it? What do you think the are the most important foods we will need in a crisis?
