    It means "Prepared in Spirit and Resources"

    Very appropriate for our times. All the S. Carolinians on this board
    need to follow the wisdom of our founding fathers.
    It sound like good advice to me.

    hey, good motto even for those of us not in S. Carolina!! 'Course, the latin is a mouthful for me, so I just go with the good old Boy Scout motto "be prepared!"
