Working on my pool pump. Got to keep my 16,000 gallons of stored water drinkable. I figure if SHTF as long as it is not a flood, I can keep the chlorine a bit hi and it will last for several week. Then I may have to start filtering.

I went for an wild edible walk in the swamp behind my house. The outer edge of it was disked right before this tropical storm, and seems to have just become a lake. I may use this chance to toss a bunch of seeds and see what comes back.

I picked kidney beans and stored them, water the garden before sunrise, dried oregano, sage, thyme, catnip, basil, tomato leaves, and some dandilions. Wrap my paper fire bricks and stored them.

I'm canning and freezing veggies from our very large garden every day and I'm way too old to work this hard but I just can't stop prepping.

I think hard work keeps you young. Or at least it keeps you moving.

I installed a salvaged stainless steel sink, commercial grade from a resteraunt on the back of my shed to use for cleaning fish, hunted meats, and doing gardening.
I am so proud I will probablly add a photo. I got this sink for free and it is about 8 ft long with 3 tubs and a shelf on each end.

Have been working in the garden. Been eating lots of radishes and greens. Planted more of each for hopefully a second harvest. Also planted a couple of apple trees got a great deal on them hopefully they will make it. Started putting together an emergency bag for my wife's car.
