hey rescuedude, you are pretty far up there...i passed thru ellsworth this summer on my way to Acadia. As for weather, I think it has been pretty mild compared to past winters...no significant ice storms or snow storms that shut down the state for weeks on end and the temperatures have been almost tollerable with exception to that two-week span in January when it consistantly got well below 0 every night.

We def got some large winter storms this season...but it stayed cold for the most part. Its starting to get into the 40's and 50's...a now mud season. Hopefully spring can get and dry everything out. I much rather cut grass than shovel snow. But as always I usually change my mind.

In southern Maine, we have stayed at above 50 for about a week now. Its been raining so much though... I am just happy that the snow is all gone.
I love Gerber Legendary Blades, Survivorman, and Man vs. Wild.
