Calhoun, where human overpopulation and social behavior is researched by using "rats in a cage". Three afternoons ago there was a knock on my door. It was a state trooper dressed in civilian clothes, very polite and non-assuming, asking if he could speak with me. He presented his credentials, which I looked over. I walked outside and the conversation began.

He said that he was with the SP's intelligence unit. Someone (he wouldn't ID the person) had called in some information that I was shooting a lot and maybe even had bunkers on my property. I took me a few moments to process what I had just heard. It sounded so unbelievable. Of course, none of what was told to the "authorities" is illegal, however, the fact that someone could forward information like that and get this sort of response is unsettling and, frankly, infuriating. I do shoot here occasionally, but then all of my neighbors do. I live in the country, for heaven's sake!

He was a very nice guy... a Marine vet... and under different circumstances I would have enjoyed meeting him and shooting the sh*t. He was very disarming in a friendly sort of way which, to me, said that he was extremely good at getting people to lower their guard and talk.

He asked if I had ever watched "Doomsday Preppers". I said, yes... for about 15 min. It was about all I could stand, which is true. He brought up people buying freeze-dried food and guns like M4s. Personally, I can't afford either. He also brought up the fears of some over possible gun confiscations conducted by UN troops.

We talked for over an hour outside standing in my front yard. The conversation was cordial and pleasant, but his "ah,shucks" demeanor was only to milk out as much information as I was inclined to give him in spouting my mouth off. When he left he carried with him no more information about me than what he likely had when he first pulled into my driveway. Or course, there was no more information to have. I don't have any bunkers unless they would be my hen house and a dilapidated horse barn!

I have to assume someone made a complaint to DHS, and the complaint filtered down to my state's fusion center, who then assigned this trooper to pay me a visit to feel things out. Pretty horrific, I think. Where did our Republic go? Its scary to know that some faceless somebody could make such a spiteful call for no other reason except hatefulness which could under the right circumstances result in the arrival of a SWAT team on an innocent's doorway.

I don't think it was a neighbor that called. Hell, they all shoot, too, and much more than I do! I have a good idea from whence it came. I'll leave it at that. Veterans, prior LE, Conservative Christians, "PREPPERS", gun owners, and the list goes on. Heard today (from a Federal Park Ranger buddy), that the gov upper bosses are, and have been, telling officers to buy up as much ammo as they can find and the gov will reimburse them for cost.
Our government has a vote of no confidence by the people. Our embassies and bases are attacked apparently without fear of retaliation. We fund our enemies and deny our old, injured, veterans and children help unless they are basically willing to swear allegiance to the current regime and it's desires. We are taxed beyond reason. The government considers entitlements not only what some of us worked our entire lives for, but whatever "gift" programs that want to establish for those that don't want to work, (yes, I know some actually can't work and they should be helped.) so that they are supported by the money taken from those that work and those that worked there entire lives and still pay taxes. Young soldiers die and are maimed horribly on foreign shores, and for what? Our constitutional rights have been shredded and stomped to a point that our forefathers would not recognize our judicial system (illegal to collect rainwater, air tax and so many others). Justice is no better, with the law protecting those with money or power while fleecing the rest of us whenever possible, if they show up at all. We print and devalue our currency at a rate faster than any country in history, with the exception of post WW1 Germany.

What is our breaking point? Many other governments toppled long before this all could happen to them. What will be the straw that breaks the our camels back.

In other countries at and before now, vigilante's or vigilante groups had started killing what they considered to be evil and bad elements in there societies.

Shortly after they began, guerrilla groups went to war against there oppressors and tyrants......All these would also be classified terrorist.

What is our breaking point? Have we become the proverbial ostrich, sticking our heads in the sand? We have NO honest politicians to lead us and no other honorable individuals seem to be willing to stand against the establishment. Is this fear driven, laziness or just a disgust at what/who there is to deal with?

Would this change after a SHTF or will evil rule the day?

I don't have the answers, but would love to hear the opinions of all on the mentioned subjects and what you believe will happen after a non ELE SHTF.

As for myself....If the government falls and evil rules the day, It may cost me everything (wife, family and life), but that is a yoke I will not bow to.

Folks, Obama can't do any more than congress lets him do. He's not a king, at least not yet. If you want to help yourselfs and the pro 2nd amendment movement. Leave the rumors and deceptions for where they belong. Liberal media outlets, twitter, etc.. For these outlets, use psyops if you want. Start your own stories (legal), add on to others stories, feed them a line of BS that they'll believe and spread but that has no truth to it. Steer conversations in directions that give us the most benefit, (saudi's, terrorist, Bengazi, Obama, Obamacare. etc.) I believe politicians call it "spinning". Make your enemies dizzy if you want, but remember who your friends are. I got fooled by a friend recently and made me reconsider what I would accept from any source.

I'm not saying that our government is spotless, I'm not even recommending that there good. I know the evil done for "the good of the people" first hand. Couldn't drink it away when I was young, just had to learn to live with it. Just asking that everyone put brain in gear, before putting mouth in motion, (so to speak).

The politicians are the worlds best at using misdirection and deception (along with the liberal media) to turn the people against each other for there own agenda. Maybe it's time to use there own tactics aginst them,to help accomplish our agendas.
