Walmart sells 10 Lbs bags of rice for $6. There are 40 servings in each bag. Lets add the extra for larger portions for the men, so 4 bags of rice will feed two men and two women for a month (My family) - $24 a month, $288 a Year. You can find rice even cheaper in bulk!

Beans sell for around $2 per 16Oz package , which has 12 servings, so we will need at least three bags per person , per month. That's 12x$2=$24x12=$288 AGAIN! Ha ha! You can find beans even cheaper in bulk.
