I spent some time in the military and also civilian law enforcement. I haven't really done much of anything in four years though! In January, I decided to get off my butt and do something. Before we go any farther, it's important to make sure you are healthy enough for moderate to strenuous exercise, please see a doctor before starting any program. This is what worked for me.
